I used to trust this place because I had been coming here with Jaime for years, but after today I won’t be back. I was told the entire team had moved, and the experience went downhill from there. The guy I dealt with tried to seriously overcharge me. He quoted me about $100 more per rotor than what AutoZone was selling them for just minutes earlier. Then he tried to charge $140 for brake pads alone, when I went and bought the exact same ones myself for $79. That’s not a small markup that’s straight-up trying to take advantage of customers. If you don’t know your prices, you’re getting ripped off here. Completely different from the honest service I used to get.

Had to the breaks done on my car. They let me bring my own parts. They did really good work, was done in 20 minutes and was a good price. They did my Tires as well back in October.

Make sure you triple check the price. Called in to mount and balance 4 tires and was told $90. After they finished, less than an hour which is why 2 stars for being quick, but they charged me $140. Could’ve gone to any large chains like Big O or Discount Tire for $35 per tire. I even asked the guy when I came in and he said ok. Shady when it comes to pricing. They said I called the wrong number off their website with two locations. I planned on buying used winter tires from them but not going back.

This is now a Victors tires and Jaime hooked me up with a new tire for a great price on my classsic 2001 dodge caravan after his technician politely assured my my old one had been patched and barely any rubber remaining. Great guys great service.
